My experiment with freezing eggs didn't go so well. My ice cube trays were too small! That sent me on a quest to find some large trays to accomodate 2 ounces of liquid. Look what I found! I am so excited! I ordered them from Amazon.com. I can't wait for them to get here. I can only do a dozen at a time but that will work out great after I get caught up. Most days I get 9-13 eggs.
I have a hard time selling eggs because I just don't get out and do the foot work. I can't sit at a farmers market all day to seel 10 dozen eggs. I don't live where I am very visible to folks who might want those eggs. This is going to be a great alternative for me!
