2 cups macaroni noodles
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tuna
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup milk
1/2 chopped onion

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Spray 9x9 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.  Cook macaroni to aldente and drain.  Mix cream of celery soup, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.  Add tuna, garlic, dry mustard, and onion.  Fold in cooked macaroni and spread mixture into prepared casserole dish.  Bake for 45 minutes.
